FAQ
🔹 Sound Steps FAQ
How do these products work and actually help?
Sound Steps products give parents simple, practical tools to help children build early language skills at home. Research shows toddlers learn best through active, hands-on engagement rather than passive screen time. Our SLP-inspired cue cards turn playtime and daily routines into natural opportunities to practice early words and sounds — in a way that feels easy, playful, and stress-free.
How do I receive my products?
After checkout, you’ll see a download link on the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with a secure link so you can download your files anytime.
Can I print these more than once?
Yes — your purchase allows unlimited personal use. You can print the files as many times as you need.
Are these easy to print?
Absolutely. Each file is designed to be printer-friendly with clean layouts and minimal background color to save ink. Just download, print, and cut — no special paper or complicated formatting required.
What age are these designed for?
Our printable cue cards are perfect for toddlers and young children, generally ages 1–4, who are learning first words or working on early speech sounds.
Are these a replacement for speech therapy?
Sound Steps products are designed to support early speech and communication at home, but they are not a replacement for professional speech therapy. If you have concerns about your child’s development, we recommend consulting a licensed speech-language pathologist.
Can I use these if my child is already in therapy?
Definitely! Many parents use our cue cards as a supplement to therapy or simply to add more opportunities for language-rich interaction at home.
What if I have trouble downloading my files?
If you run into any issues, contact us at Soundstepsmarketing@gmail.com and we’ll make sure you get your files quickly.
What is your refund policy?
Because these are digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to resolve it right away.
